Intermediate Plus In-Person Thursdays

In this level, students will have a second look at much of the material covered during the Intermediate level sessions. The concepts are more advanced, requiring more practice, especially in a conversational, immersion approach. This is also a great level for new students who have extensive experience learning Spanish and want to brush up on more difficult grammatical concepts in a single session. 

Classes run for 9 weeks and meet 1 day per week for 2 hours.   

A textbook is required, and you may purchase it from us for $50 and receive it on the first day of class or purchase it on your own using A textbook is required. Make-up Classes: It’s no problem to miss 1 or 2 classes during the session.  Your teacher will send you homework to help you keep up.  We always review material from each previous class.  If there is space available in another class of the same level on a different day that you can attend instead, we will try our best.  However, our classes are very small and often do fill up, so please don’t count on this.     

Holiday and Weather/Emergency Policy: If a class falls on a holiday and everyone in the class agrees to hold class, we will.  If anyone in the class is not able to attend due to the holiday, the group will agree on a make-up date or the session will be extended by 1 week.  Any unforeseen circumstances, like poor weather conditions, will also require the group to agree a make-up date or extend the session by 1 week.
