Core Plus In-Person Mondays

This level is designed for students who have completed Core 1-3 or new students who already have a good foundation of Spanish but need a refresher before tackling more difficult material, like the subjunctive. Feel more comfortable using irregular, past, and future tenses in conversation and telling stories that involve a timeline of activity. Get yourself ready to move to the intermediate level! 

Classes run for 9 weeks and meet 1 day per week for 2 hours.   

A textbook is required, and you may purchase it from us for $50 and receive it on the first day of class or purchase it on your own using ISBN 9788419236357: Campus Sur.  If you took Beginner Plus with us, you DO NOT need to purchase a new book.We will buy the book back from you for $25 if you don’t write in it. 

Make-up Classes: It’s no problem to miss 1 or 2 classes during the session.  Your teacher will send you homework to help you keep up.  We always review material from each previous class.  If there is space available in another class of the same level on a different day that you can attend instead, we will try our best.  However, our classes are very small and often do fill up, so please don’t count on this.     

Holiday and Weather/Emergency Policy: If a class falls on a holiday and everyone in the class agrees to hold class, we will.  If anyone in the class is not able to attend due to the holiday, the group will agree on a make-up date or the session will be extended by 1 week.  Any unforeseen circumstances, like poor weather conditions, will also require the group to agree a make-up date or extend the session by 1 week.
